This is a limited edition t-shirt from the exhibition.
Purchased on-site several years ago, the body is made of soft cotton with a beautiful silhouette, exceeding the boundaries of merchandise.
The front features text about prêt-à-porter.

This is a very rare item, not often seen in Japan.
"Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology," organized by the Costume Institute, the Metropolitan Museum of Art's fashion department, has been held since May. Manus, the exhibition title, is Latin for "hand," and Machina means "machine." Curator Andrew Bolton explains, "Originally, haute couture was handmade and prêt-à-porter was machine-made. However, the boundaries between them have recently been disappearing."
